A Sip of Life
By: Jade Anne G. Tabaco
I am a bee,
A sweet nectar I want to see.
To my delight;
A nectar pointed by the light.
I buzz and fly,
I sip and sigh.
Looked for a flower,
It left me to wonder.
If autumn is in December,
How come flowers are no longer?
From afar, I spot a friend,
A fellow bee, our paths will blend.
Come my dear,
Hunger is near.
Sip and sip,
That’s my only tip.
